In addition to the traditional impressions that allow to reproduce the plaster cast of the dentition, we use an optical scanner. The resulting scan of the teeth is sent to the laboratory via the internet.

In this way we have several advantages: first of all maximum precision, comparable to a traditional impression performed in a workmanlike manner. Secondly, maximum comfort for the patient: in some cases, in fact, the traditional impression is very annoying for the patient. Finally maximum hygiene: instead of letting potentially contaminated materials travel, such as dental impressions, a file is sent.

At this point, the laboratory develops the model in 3D and physically manufactures the prosthesis
